First time here and first time buying glasses. Caleb was an absolutely amazing help and made everything super easy. He explained everything very well and helped us find styles in the color we wanted, while keeping our budget in mind.

My dog chewed on the leg of my glasses. Tanya was able to install a piece of rubber heat shrink and fix the leg. Now I'm able to wear the glasses comfortably, until my eye exam appointment in February.

Caleb was the one to help us as soon as we walked in. I get progressive glasses and my daughter standard, but when I expressed my concerns about cost for both of us, he immediately told us how they could accommodate us and all the specials that they had. There were certain styles we liked but because of our prescriptions, they wouldn’t work. But he pulled out all the ones that would work in the same-ish styles. Very helpful and nice! This is our first time here and my daughter said it was the first time she’d been somewhere where she didn’t feel chastised for whatever frames she chose. Other places really made her feel bad for not choosing what they wanted her to choose. Definitely coming back to see Caleb when we need glasses again!
