I had an excellent experience at the Wheaton location of LensCrafters! I especially want to recognize Sonia, the manager, for her outstanding service. Her diligence and professionalism truly made my experience the best it could be. She took the time to help me select the perfect frames and addressed every issue that came up with patience and care. Sonia was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this location, and if you ever run into a hiccup, ask for Sonia — she is open, available, and truly dedicated to serving her customers well!

Been to this location about 5 times now and I always have the best customer service. Brittney and Sonia are super professional, friendly and so welcoming. They make the experience so much better with their personalities. Way better than the Pike and Rose location.

Sonia was the best. Very compassionate and knowledgeable. We went back to her three times in two days because she made the purchasing experience very pleasurable and fun. I did get my ice cream. :)

Stopped by to see if any chance they could help get a new padding for my glasses because one of mine went missing and Lorena and her associates were so welcoming! The second I got inside I was greeted with great customer service and got exactly what I needed. They did me the favor of helping me an now me an my eyes are grateful!
