It was simple question but it became disaster with Shannon. She was so unhappy to answer simple question, she should not be in retail or any customer service at all. It’s a shame you hire people like that. Myself I am in business and I would never purchase anything from one like Shannon. Shame, just one little screw came out and could be fixed in 2 minutes.

Jane was the lady who helped me, from the moment she walked in the door. When Jane first walked in she had personal belongings in hand as if she had been at lunch or just arriving. She greeted me then asking if I need a tray to put some glasses in to try. While waiting for my eyes to dialate, Jane again offered her assistance in looking for frames. I explained my issue of needing smaller fit but liked bold and colorful. She was wearing the perfect pair. Lens rafters did not have that particular pair but she took her time to help me find the same pair in another color that she ordered for me! She also used her pair to get the right fit and allowed me to try on several of her pairs because she too, needs smaller sizes. They ended up being youth size! Jane went above and beyond to help me. The staff was very nice, and the Optometrist was very thorough. Great experience and Anita who fit the glasses to my face was very knowledgeable. Thank you.
