We use this Lens Crafters for our glasses every year. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Veronica and Michael are just the absolute best. We always value their opinion on the look and they always work to find us the best coupons and prices on our glasses.

Unfortunately, I need to change my review for this business. I initially left a 5 Star review including the following verbiage: "Veronica is the best! She was helpful, friendly, and showed genuine concern for my needs! I highly recommend buying lenses from LensCrafters!" In my experience, Lenscrafters has been very helpful when I need to purchase prescription glasses. However, they have not been nearly as helpful standing by their products. I purchased a pair of Tiffany & Company frames and Rx lenses for a total of $670.34 in August 2023. I ordered all the add-ons: progressive AVP, UV protection, premium anti-reflective, anti-scratch etc. I purchased these high end glasses just for dress-up occasions, and have worn them a total of 5 times. Crissy #057745 was/is super nice and explained everything from top to bottom with regards to what my insurance coverage was, to my out of pocket expense and everything in between.
