Walked in, was greeted warmly. Everyone was really nice. The lady who helped me out was very patient and informative. I highly recommend. My glasses I picked were reasonable and I will be back for more.

Exceptional Experience! I had an exceptional experience at LensCrafters in the Richland Mall. From the moment I walked in, every employee went out of their way to be courteous and helpful! While waiting on my glasses to be repaired, the employees were so nice! They repaired my glasses quickly and were more than reasonable on the price! I definitely recommend this location!!

Latoya helped me with a Oakley sunglasses purchase and safety glasses. She was knowledgeable and friendly. She asked what I wanted for each pair and offered good advice for my purchases. Both pair were prescription and she worked with my insurance to meet my needs and get me a good deal. Thank you for all your help!
