PERFECT! They let me literally try on all the Prada frames they had, and I finally narrowed it down to one pair. They were patient and kind, and I immediately told me best friend about them.

Trung is extremely knowledgeable and helped me fix my prescription glasses. Always first class service here. Understood my troubles with glasses and knows what hes doing. Sure they are more expensive here but a true test is when things are not quite right, and will the company put it right? Yes they do

Lilly had really awesome customer service, she helped me find a good pair of glasses and I left with some sunglasses! She was actually the same associate who helped me last year!

Brought in glasses that my daughter had for a couple of years, glasses were missing a screw, and they fixed it up in my presence free of charge! Great customer service!
