Veronica provides amazing customer service. Not only is she a genuinely kind and caring person, but she takes the time to ensure her clients are taken care of. She did her best helping me pick out frames and finding the best deal so I can love my glasses and experience large savings on them. She is a great asset to the team at Lens Crafters!!

Veronica was so great! I walked in determined to use my own frames for my new lens and she was able to find me the perfect fit frames. Made the appointment online, for same day…. On a Sunday! It wasn’t the fastest process, maybe two hours or more even, but got eye exam, and the dr was great and so was the staff. Processing the lenses is often like buying a car…. Kedric, helped me get sorted out, understand my options and make the most reasonable choice with regard to my budget. He was really good to work with, and well put together to boot! Super cool dude! I would say, the whole team there was very nice. The eye exam / glasses process is never a quick one, but their whole team over there went out of their way to make it a pleasant experience.
