I’ve always had issues with seeing the eye doctors. From not being heard or doctors not caring about me as a patient. But Doctor Kathleen Nicholls is an angel sent. Took very good care of me, smiley and kind workers. You set the bar really high for what an eye doctors is supposed to be. Such easy appointments, and quick service but I wasn’t rushed. Made sure I understood what could be going on with my eyes. Thank you so much!!!!!

My husband and I are always so pleased with the customer service we received from the Erie Blvd Syracuse location! They are thorough, prepared, professional, friendly and very helpful when it comes to selecting new glasses! We have been going to this specific location now for three years and are beyond satisfied. Our representative guides us through all of our choices and because she is very well traveled, also gives us some points of interest to visit!

First time getting glasses from LensCrafters. Went on LC website to search for styles that seemed appealing, and then took those screenshots to LC store so the optician could help me find something in the store that I'd like / fit me well. I learned that, oddly, glasses on the LC website might not be purchase-able thru the store.. you'll have to do that all yourself. But, Megan (sp?) was really great at steering me to some pairs that were the same or similar. I found a nice everyday pair, and David put the final touches on things when they were ready for pickup (less than 2 wks!). I will go back for a more fun, artsy pair and sunglasses. Took off a star because I never received a receipt (paper, text, or emailed) -- first time at LC, so I wasn't sure how that works. I also mentioned

I loved my eye exam from Dr. Nicholls. She was kind, engaging and patient with all my questions. She took time to explain all of my results and what that meant for the future. I would recommend her to anyone needing any exams or check ups.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend this business. I brought in my own frames that I purchased elsewhere and no one tried to pressure me into buying any frames there, which I really appreciated.
