I had an absolutely wonderful experience at LensCrafters. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. Both the technician, Sam, and the sales associate, Martha, went above and beyond to assist me. Martha was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything about the glasses and lens options with patience and clarity, which made me feel confident in my choices. Sam was equally impressive. He was professional, attentive, and very detail-oriented while ensuring my needs were fully taken care of. It’s rare to find a team that makes you feel so comfortable and well cared for during the entire process. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

My eye doctor performing the test was sooo sweet and very patient!!! I loved her! Ludlow is also amazing! He was so patient with me choosing the frames and really felt supported in making my purchase! Thank you all! Best location!

Do NOT use this store!! It is the worse EVER when it comes to getting what you’ve PAID FOR!! I ordered and paid for my PRESCRIPTION glasses on November 10, 2025, today is January 13, 2026 and I still don’t have my glasses in my possession! I was told that I would get my glasses within a week; I went on a cruise, came back, the glasses were not ready! I was told it failed the certification test and it would be sent back to the manufacturer for redo; the store received it a second time, almost 2.5 weeks later, and was told it failed the test and had to be sent back again for a second time! I travelled to Atlanta, GA and spent 3 weeks (without my glasses); the glasses came in and was told it would be shipped to me in Atlanta, GA; the initial agreed upon location was Tucker, GA which would be
