I had such an awesome experience here thanks to Ibriana. I called at the last minute on a Friday night with some questions and she was helpful, patient, kind and funny. Ibriana really went the extra mile to help answer all my concerns and made me feel special and heard. Because of her I am getting the perfect frame and lenses and I couldn’t be happier. I cannot thank her enough, and I highly recommend LensCrafters Stroudsburg as being top notch!

Gabby stepped up and helped me with great customer service when I broke my glasses and couldn't get in with an earlier appointment. She super glued my glasses so I could still see in the meantime. Fantasic and helpful customer service. Gabby deserves a raise!

Haven't been to an eye Dr in about 8 years. Coming in here i had alot of questions and everyone working was able to help greatly. Very friendly and professional workers everyone was incredibly helpful i definitely recommend coming here.

Jacob and Amanda were extremely helpful and patient. My pre-screening with Amanda was a delight, she has a great sense of humor within her knowledgeable professionalism. Jacob was also very insightful with applying my insurance and the stores promotions. He also was very patient as I was super indecisive but he ultimately helped me find the perfect frames.Dr. Meade was also very insightful and thorough in making sure I understood my prescription and eye health.
