Had the pleasure of working with Kathleen who was SO patient and helpful. Her customer service and care was impeccable. Would go back to the store/company just because of her.

All staff were kind and helpful. Dr. Simko answered my rx questions in a way I was able to understand. Making a purchase and explanation of my benefits was also a smooth process with no up selling or pressure to buy now. All around good experience

Kathleen at the SF Empire Mall Lens Crafters was extremely helpful. My new glasses weren't fitting correctly, so she took the sample pair off the shelf and put my lenses into them, adjusted the bows to fit my ears and I was out the door. Appreciate her help very, very much!!!

My glasses broke this morning. I had a new frame just like my broken ones. I brought them into LensCrafters and Kathleen transferred the lenses in five minutes. I am so thankful for her help!

These ladies were extremely nice and helpful when it came to adjusting my glasses/sunglasses. I came in as a walk-in, and they helped right away!! Highly recommend:))
