By far the worst service I’ve ever had at any shop getting eyeglasses. Young lady at the front counter of the exam office was not very interested in her job. After not receiving a phone call. I came in to this location two weeks later to find that they had written down the wrong phone number and one pair of my glasses had arrived . 20 days later after spending $1400. I still haven’t received a phone call about my second pair. My suggestion is to not order meta glasses from here. They’re more expensive than if you order them online with your prescription. I’m sure you’ll receive them faster. As a business owner I understand the importance of timely communication and accurate information. Janelle at Lenscrafters helped me so much yesterday. She is sweetheart for sure and knows what she is doing. She has been trained well. I knew she cared about me and helped me make decisions about the glasses I should get. She cared and saved me money. Thanks, y'all for taking care of me. You have for a long time now.

My RayBan reading glasses lost a screw and fell apart. I dropped into LensCrafters and even though they were busy, the lady behind the desk took my glasses and five minutes later I was walking out the door with the glasses as good as new. The fix was complementary! Great place.

Jenna assisted me with picking out the perfect frames and pricing lenses. She was so sweet and very informative. I really appreciated all her time and help.

Dr Jay is amazing and very knowledgeable in his work. J'nel helped me find the frames that works best with my looks. She was so cheerful and funny. She also greeted everyone who came in and assisted them all while still helping me. She was perfect with multitasking. She was also patient with my and it did not take long. When things dint look right when she measured me for the frames she did it again to make sure it was perfect. I highly recommend them.
