Dr. Jain was terrific. Thorough and really took his time to break down where my eyesight has transitioned from the last time I had a visit with him 2 years prior. He patiently listened to my concerns, addressed them all where it was easy for me to understand. Additionally, his honesty supporting why I would not be a candidate for contact lenses was refreshing and made me feel like my best interests were being acknowledged. Sydney did an amazing job at repairing my husbands glasses. She took her time and made sure they fit properly before we left. She was very friendly and professional.

I went in to the LensCrafters located in Wilton Mall to get new frames and to try contacts again. Not only was I able to make a same day appointment, all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain things to me and answer all of my questions. He even provided me with two different trial contacts to see if they would feel comfortable before I purchased as I have had a hard time with contacts in the past. When it came to picking new frames, I initially settled on a new pair being it is hard for me to see the look of the new frames without my glasses on. The woman on the floor not only recommended I put my trial contacts in, she helped me find a set of frames that looked way better than the ones I had originally sele
