They were friendly, professional, and had my glasses fixed on the spot. It’s rare to find that kind of genuine customer service these days. I really appreciate their kindness and willingness to help. I had lost a nose pice on my sunglasses and was walking by this store, popped in and was helped within minutes. Frank replaced both nose pieces and polished up my sunglasses and i was out the door in 5 . Frank was helpful , friendly and had the attitude a company wants from a CSA who is customer facing.
