LensCrafters

I’ve used this LensCrafters for years now and have always been met with excellent service! Both nose pads on my glasses broke and Bonnie instantly took them in and fixed them for me. Everything from the quality of the lenses to the customer service is top notch and I will definitely keep this location as my go to for my eye care!

My care after my eye exam was wonderful. Bonnie was extremely helpful is helping me choose my new eyeglass frames, along with suggestions on what different lenses would do. She also helped keep my final bill cost within my allowed amount I could spend. I would highly recommend Bonnie and everyone at LensCrafters in Salem, NH at the Rockingham Mall.

The staff are wonderful! We had four people (2 kids and adults ) scheduled for noon, 12:15, 1:30 and 1:45. The staff worked to get us all in together, glasses picked and paid for in jest over an hour!

They were amazing when I went in asking if they could adjust/fit my glasses. They were very friendly and adjusted the fit of my glasses perfectly! Will be going back there for my next pair of glasses!

Walked in with a lense in one hand and my frame in another. Bonnie took me in with open arms & got my glasses repaired within minutes!! Thank you so much for the help Bonnie, I will be back!
