After my exam, Andy helped me pick out new frames, and he was incredibly patient and kind throughout the whole process. I tried on several pairs, and just when I was starting to feel unsure, he found the perfect Tiffany & Co. frames that I instantly fell in love with. His attention and genuine care made the experience so enjoyable. I’m so happy with my new glasses and the overall service. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for great eye care and a welcoming atmosphere.

I had a wonderful experience with Ifthi today! I purchased Oakley personality glasses online and brought them to Lens Crafters to have the lens replaced with clear lens. Ifthi provided wonderful customer service and made me very happy with my experience. My glasses look great and he was able to complete this task within the same day, it took less than an hour actually! Thank you and happy holidays!

First, the store is immaculate. Beautiful layout. Dr. Espejo is a wonderful eye doctor. He truly cares about the health of his patients eyes and he doesnt push for profit. He truly wants his clients to see better and get the best results. His staff is so very helpful and courteous. Such a welcoming environment. Will most certainly be back.

David was so good. I wasn’t sure what frames I wanted and he spent a lot of time with me and helped me figure it out. He was patient and friendly and I never once felt rushed. I would absolutely go back there and I would definitely go to him. I should say that I watched other people get helped and all of the staff were friendly and made the environment welcoming.

David was very attentive, and helpful. He made sure I didn’t feel rushed while looking for frames but also gave me suggestions and brought me different styles to help me pick the right frames for me. The store also has a decent selection of frames, and a straightforward. Dr Louis Espejo is also very personable. He conducted my eye exam quickly and efficiently, I left more informed about my eye health, and will go back in the future.
