Great experience at the LensCrafters store! This year would have been my third year with you guys but unfortunately i will not be returning. The receptionist at Jewell Eye Optometrist was so unprofessional. I’ve never in 44 years of my life felt so belittled. I made it clear that I was hard of hearing and I have issues with processing information. I just really needed her to be patience with me. Thankfully my insurance company was on the call when this individual hung up on us after asking her what her name was. She left both myself and insurance company speechless. Insurance company thought it was best to take my business somewhere else. With the help from them, I found a place that is understanding and appreciate my business. I’ve gone here multiple times for both glasses and sunglasses for years now and they’re always great. I like the little lady with the reddish hair. She’s always in a good mood, nice and fast. She adjusted my sunglasses to fit my face better and it took like under a minute. They have the optometrist thing on the side as well for if you need a new prescription. The guy in there was great and showed me how things were done when I showed interest in it. We both got new Persols here.

Chelsea was amazing, helped me every step of the way. Very friendly and attentive, will be returning to the business. Excellent service!
