This was my first time at the Pasadena location and it was an awesome experience. I was assisted as soon as I opened the door. My exam was quick and the customer service was TOP TIER! Huge thank you to Alexis and Charles for all of their help and great personalities. Definitely recommend this location!!!

I have had my annual eye exam here for the past 3 years. It is handled very professionally and they always take the time to explain everything. I don't have vision insurance but the price is very reasonable.

Dr. Shastri is patient, thorough and personable. He makes sure to inform you of the prior examination history. And what if any changes have occurred. As long as he is there, I will continue to get cared for there.

Ms LaToya is truly phenomenal! She was so kind, patient, considerate & understanding of my situation and did an amazing job adjusting the fit of my crooked glasses 👓 and even help me at no cost I feel so blessed and incredibly grateful that’s such a amazing person was available to assist me today. 🙏🏻 Thank You So Much Ms LaToya!!!!

Associate Jeff at the Pasadena/ritchie hwy location was able to quickly find the right nose pads for my 20 year old sunglasses that I couldn’t find online after multiple attempts. He replaced with brand new and even tightened the sides for me. Exceptional customer service. Highly recommend this location for all your glasses needs.
