Adeva was awesome and professional throughout my visit. The only issue I experienced was with the process to charge my Care Credit account, which did not function properly and slowed things down a bit. I also learned that the Military Veteran discount is available only online. This seems unnecessary and it would be much more helpful for customers if this discount were offered in the store as well. Why is it limited to online purchases?

My 13-year-old daughter was having some vision issues, and even though she had an eye exam back in January, I called the office and spoke with Dr. Rocha about what was going on. They got us in the same day! Dr. Rocha was kind, explained our insurance options clearly, and mentioned that as kids grow, their eyes can change too so it was a good thing we came in when we did. He even took the time to answer a few questions I had about my contacts, which I really appreciated. When it came time to pick out glasses, Peter Mullen was fantastic straightforward, patient, and helped us find the best option for our needs and budget. Overall, an amazing team super helpful, professional, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend Dr. Rocha and the entire staff at LensCrafters on Route 4!

Had no idea what kind of frame I wanted. My current glasses have a purple frame. My new frame will be completely different and I am thrilled with the new look and appreciated the help from the staff in making my choice.

Very disappointed with my experience at LensCrafters in Paramus on Route 4. They managed to mess up my glasses twice, which is completely unacceptable for a store that specializes in eyewear. The first pair was incorrect, and after bringing them back and waiting again, the second pair was still wrong. Each visit meant wasted time, repeated explanations, and absolutely no accountability. On top of that, the customer service was very bad — staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and showed no urgency in fixing their mistakes. What makes this even worse is their very high prices. When you’re charging premium prices, the expectation is accuracy, professionalism, and good service. Unfortunately, this location failed on all three. The optometrist, Nicole, is amazing!! 11/10. I’ve always struggled with glasses slipping or not fully covering the top part of my visual field, and she took the time to walk me through how a different style of frames could fit my face better and improve my vision. She was incredibly friendly and professional, struck the perfect balance between being genuinely helpful and letting my sister and I browse options - she was never pushy/sales-y. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family!
