Awesome experience and customer service. Sam helped me look for frames and was attentive and patient helping me look. Ultimately, I used my own frames but LensCrafters was able to put new lenses in them with my new prescription and insurance coverage. Very easy process. Much less expensive than my eye doctor where I had my eyes examined. Clean store that is well organized. I highly recommend Sam's assistance and LensCrafters for affordable quality lenses!!

Amazing experience! Big shoutout to Bayda and the entire team at LensCrafters Novi. They helped me find the perfect look and made the whole process so easy. I usually don’t enjoy going to the eye doctor, but they completely changed that. Thank you again. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a pair of Ray Bans that needed adjusting. Just a small screw tightened. Other stores I took them to turned me away because I didn’t purchase with them. LensCrafters in Novi mall welcomed me in and fixed my glasses no problem and free of charge. The repair only took a few minutes, nothing major. I’m very appreciative of them and if you’re looking for a place to get some glasses check them out. Very nice and friendly staff.

I lost my glasses and needed an emergency pair. All of the other eyewear providers needed 10-14 days for delivery. This Lenscrafters location was able to make my prescription in about an hour, on a very busy day. I appreciate customer service above all, and this store delivered beyond my expectations.

The LensCrafters in 12 oaks mall did a great job, with my appointment, time and service was excellent. Price of glasses were very reasonable. The sales representative were attentive and courteous.
