Very disappointed. Ordered new temples for my wingback sq frames. Was told I had to order 2 pairs for $66/pair; so I paid $132. Only 1 pair arrived and was told that was my full order. The screws they used to attach the new temples are too large(see pic). They stated the original Oakley screws disintegrate when removed from frame. The reps at store seemed not to have any ideas on how to solve issues properly, and instead blamed me for pointing out issues( Missing parts, screws too large). So LensCrafters, you need better quality on all fronts.

This location has a great selection of glasses in all brands and price points. But most importantly, the service is fantastic. We always deal with Isaiah, who is very patient, knowledgeable, and has a great eye. We've been buying our glasses with him for over two years. Fantastic experience and customer service every time!

Terrible change. I've been to this location for eye exams several times and they were wonderful. Fast, kind, and professional. This time they had the new telehealth setup where a technician does the exam and a doctor video calls in for the prescription portion of the exam. The technician seemed capable and intelligent but also was sniffling the entire time. This is a medical exam where the tech is very close to your face in small rooms, no one should be working while sick or without a respirator mask. The last time I was here I thanked the doctor for her mask wearing and she responded 'this is a medical office, of course we mask'. What changed?

This LensCrafters (located inside the SoNo Collection mall) is huge and offers a wide array of designers and styles for customers to try on. It was great to be able to freely explore the selection without being hovered over + all of the frames were out on display and were not locked behind a glass case. Marissa worked with me and was lovely. She helped to confirm my insurance coverage, and was clear and descriptive about all the details around costs I would be responsible for. After I took time to select frames on my own, Marissa provided great perspective on various sizes, shapes and colors of different frames to help me narrow down to my final choices. Marissa was helpful, professional, incredibly patient, and an absolute pleasure to engage with throughout the entire process. Fingers

Best customer service ever, hands down!!! 1) I was 40 mins late to my eye exam appointment, and they were super understanding and happily accommodated me. 2) I had the pleasure to work with Steven to pick a new frame and order my lenses. He is such a lovely guy! He immediately understood my taste, and his attention to the customer is second-to-none. He explained the pricing in a very clear manner, and helped me decide on add-ons. We had a really nice chat as he was getting the order details ready. Highly recommended!!!
