The exam portion of our experience was wonderful! Always has been! I am extremely disappointed with my experience with the eyeglass retailer. Communication is essentially nonexistent—no one answers the phone, and on two separate occasions I was left on hold for 25 minutes or more with no resolution. When I did interact with employees in person, the attitude was rude and dismissive, as if helping customers was an inconvenience. Because of pure laziness and lack of follow-through by an employee, I waited over an extra 10 days for my 12-year-old’s glasses for school. Only to later find out the glasses had been there the entire time—no one bothered to actually check or notify me. At first they didn't have there info correct because my kids had 2 insurance, til I had to pull out my info online for them to correct it. Afterwards Caleb did an amazing job with helping me pick my options for my kids. I was able to get 2 pairs for less then $190. That was awesome!! Will be back next week to get my 2 pairs.

Caleb gives excellent customer service. Always with a smile takes his time with everyone. We have witnessed his professionalism on several occasions. It really stands out because this type of service is not common anymore. I hope he is recognized for his commitment to taking care of customers as this is a great reflection of the company. The CEO should grab this employee and have him assigned to training. Caleb, employees from different professions that perform the way you do go far so keep striving.

Amazing eye exam. I feel like I was actually heard. Never had to stand behind the black line before for an eye exam. The optometrist certainly knows his stuff. 100% more satisfied than the exam I got at Costco!!! That place was a joke in comparison.
