My most recent LensCrafters visit started as one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. We waited a long time while the initial sales associate watched without acknowledging us or offering help. When he finally assisted, he didn’t review frame or lens options, didn’t answer questions, and most concerning incorrectly told me I didn’t have vision insurance (only a discount plan). He then tried to charge around $700 without providing a clear breakdown. When I pulled up my plan information, he doubled down and told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. I spoke to a staff member on the phone on Feb 6, 2026, at the Christiana Mall store about an unfortunate incident that I experienced with my new sunglasses that caused me to have to leverage the protection plan I'd purchased with my new specs, which were awesome, by the way. And I came away from this experience feeling not only relieved but also impressed with this rep's professional, kind, and patient demeanor. This is the third pair of new frames and lenses I've bought from this LensCrafters within the past six months, and it's customer service reps like this man who helped to make each visit and interaction with this store stress-free and satisfying.

It was our first time at LensCrafters and it was very busy. The staff worked quickly to handle customers. Connor greeted us and was excellent throughout the process. He went above and beyond to make sure we understood the options of lens. He made us lifelong members.

Payton provided genuinely outstanding customer service and deserves special recognition. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to really listen to what I needed, explained my options clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Her attention to detail and professionalism made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.
