He didn’t just “sell,” he genuinely helped me figure out what fit and looked best. And Shelby was incredible too—he made sure the pair I returned was sent back properly to Glasses.com and handled everything so smoothly. I felt truly taken care of. This is a nice store, with a great selection of eyeglass frames and sunglasses. Best of all, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Areli Helped me today pick out two pairs of glasses and some sunglasses and got me in just the right lenses. She took her time making sure the fit was going to be correct. She explained my insurance coverage very well to me, and I felt that the pricing was very transparent. I’m super excited to get my new glasses, and I’m sure I’m going to love them.

My dogs decided to chew on my glasses. I took them to LensCrafters and Shelby was able to repair them and replace needed parts at no cost. Great service. This will get me by until my next prescription change and new glasses.

Absolutely amazing customer service I picked out a really cute pair of glasses and when I came in to pick them up Arely helped me out she was so sweet she also helped my husband get a pair.While I was there I tried another pair on I really liked she told me how cute they looked on me. I was sold came back the next day And Hayla helped me get fitted and was also super sweet.100% recommend i will bring my daughter next week to pick put a pair.
