I recently had my annual exam at their clinic, and it was an incredible experience. The front desk staff and medical personnel were highly trained, professional, and knowledgeable. They conducted comprehensive exams using advanced equipments. I decided to purchase my first prescription glasses from their store. What a delightful surprise! Linda, the sales associate, was fantastic throughout the entire process. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. Great experience. The whole staff team was spectacular at all points of service. Very friendly and helpful answering all of my questions and I really enjoyed Angela. She helped me pick my pair of glasses and she was great. The doctor went through all of the images of my eyes and explained that they’re healthy. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, they have an insurance plan on your glasses to get them fixed or replaced if needed so I didn’t feel the need to buy 2 pairs. We worked with Tim at the Ridgedale location tonight and couldn’t have had a better experience. He was patient, answered questions, and when they didn’t have the glasses I wanted in stock he reached out to another store (giving up his own commission) to ensure I got what I needed. Not only is that great service, but to be so accommodating during the holiday rush is next level service. We will be back, because of Tim!

The pin on my reading glasses came off, and I urgently needed them fixed before my next meeting. I stopped by around lunchtime, and Melinda not only repaired my glasses in less than five minutes but did so with a huge smile and such a willingness to help. She even made sure my glasses were fully cleaned and kindly offered to show me other frames in the same style. I’ve been coming to LensCrafters for the past year for my eye exams, and after this experience, I’ll definitely be purchasing my glasses here moving forward.
