LensCrafters

We had a fantastic experience at LensCrafters! We had gone to Pearle Vision because it was located next to our eye doctors office and had a horrible experience. We ended up leaving there and went to the LensCrafter at Town East Mall in Mesquite, Texas. We were assisted by Cee (I believe real name is Citlali) and she was amazing! I had fallen in love with a pair of frames I had seen at the other store and they didn't have them on display. She looked them up for me and made sure they could order them for me... I was so excited when she was told they could! But more so impressed that she took the time to do that for me, she could have just told me I would have had to pick a pair from the shelves. I really enjoyed my experience at LensCrafters (Town East Mall location). Everyone was very nice and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Diana is the associate that helped me. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine demeanor made the entire process not only smooth but enjoyable. Diana has exceptional customer service skills; her professional and friendly approach made a big difference. She was very thorough, answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns. I did not feel rushed at all during my visit. She explained everything to me in detail. My glasses came back sooner than expected. When I picked them up, I was very pleased with my selection! The Store Manager made sure my glasses fit well and he also answered all of my questions. Thank you everyone at LensCrafters!

I am giving 5 stars to Town East Mall LensCrafters, especially Raymond, the store manager who is always very professional and knowledgeable in matters at hand. This is not my first time I interacted with him and would highly recommend him to anyone with "eye" needs. Google, why wasn't I allowed to select 5 starts? Are you trying to "fix" your algorithm?
