Today, I had the pleasure of experiencing excellent customer service @ LensCrafters Lawrenceville! I brought in 3 pairs of glasses, which were all in need of repair. Tightening an arm on one, another required adjustment on fit & last one needed a screw. All were fixed within a brief 10 minutes. Service was outstanding and rendered with no charge. They've won me over as a client. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been to plenty of LensCrafters far and wide all around the city of Atlanta. No matter what the most impeccable service, amazing attention to detail and willingness to help has never been better than here. Just to give an example, I had a pair of Mehta Ray-Ban‘s that I was getting replaced for me warranty replacement through Ray van. When I went to replace them at the small location, it took nearly 8 weeks for them to arrive for frames only. I recently had to do another warranty replacement on a pair. Which I gave in on 11/19/2025. Today being 11/30/2025 they already arrived and we’re ready for pick up. Considering I went through the same experience just a few months ago at a different location even not being holiday time is rather impressive. Needless to say, the staff has always b

This place was wonderful and so were the people. I found frames I liked so they accepted me as a walk-in and the process was really quick. I always have a hard time finding frames I like, so I decided to stop by and take a look. This was my first time at LensCrafters, but I am glad I went. The doctor was also very thorough.

We truly want to give a shout out to Sammy, today she was amazing. She helped us out to the best of her ability and she was very easy to talk to, plus friendly with our baby boy. We cannot wait to come back and hopefully she is there. It was a pleasure working with her today.

I walked in today and was not acknowledged after about standing for like 10 minutes. No I be with you shortly or nothing. So I left and still didn’t get a have a nice day or nothing. I went to the Len Crafters in snellville and was quickly greeted upon entrance. I will give them 5 stars.
