Jamal # 537940 did a fantastic job. I could tell that he enjoys his job and wants a satisfied customer. I ended up at LensCrafter after leaving Vision Works not happy with their service. Once again, great job.

5 Stars – Excellent Service and Great Experience! My husband and I recently visited LensCrafters and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We were especially pleased that they were open on a Sunday, which made it so convenient for our busy schedules. We both had our eye exams, including the extra testing, which was incredibly thorough. A special thank you to Jim, who went above and beyond to make sure we fully understood all of our options. I appreciate that he took the extra time to explain things clearly — it made the whole process so smooth for me. We each ended up getting two pairs of glasses, and thanks to Jim, we received a discount on the second pairs. We also opted for transition lenses, which we're really looking forward to using. I had an excellent experience at the LensCrafters in the Oxford Valley Mall. The eye exam with Dr. Nguyen was incredibly professional and thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable. She is highly knowledgeable and I would absolutely recommend her. Additionally, the staff in the store were helpful, friendly, and patient while I was picking out frames. It was an overall great visit!"

The doctor was so amazing! Listened to all of my concerns about having issues with driving at night time and the glare. She knew that I was paying out of pocket and was able to locate a coupon for me for 50% off of my lenses and frames which helped tremendously. I definitely will be coming back to this location for all of my eye care needs.
