Good for you if you got good service on your prescription. They had to find my glasses after sending me an email to pick them up. Wrong prescription. I can't see clearly with them. I was asked if the ones I came to get were the ones I left? I'm sorry but why would I leave my old glasses that I need only to come back to get them?? Maybe I'm missing something. I my have to have my Op fax in a copy of my prescription even though I presented them with the written one.

I went back to Lancaster Store. The new Doctor Natalie is fantastic. She worked with me, found my old (last good prescription) and helped me out. The office staff was great as well.

My appointment was at 11 I arrived at 10:59am. I filled out the documents prior to my appointment. I’m writing this review at 11:40 And I still have not been seen or called Please do not tell me to arrive on time or earlier if you are not going to take me in at the time I am scheduled . I can understand running behind schedule but for you to work and move as slow as you do and fix your mouth to tell me let your job you’ll be late it’s no problem . Excuse me ? I had to leave back to work I was never seen . I will not be back . To tell me my appointment is 40 min late , and call me in at 11:41 for a pre exam and still have two people in front of me for the actual exam. No thank you

Autumn and staff are very courteous and professional. Was a pleasure doing business and getting my eyes checked out and new prescription. Appreciate the care!
