Sthefany is beyond phenomenal. I followed her from the Millenia Mall location. She’s so incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, understanding, and truly cares about the customers needs. I can’t say enough about her. She always makes me feel like the only customer in the building, even when the store is crowded. She keeps her focus on her customer and really goes above and beyond. I can’t recommend her enough!! I will be a lifelong customer!!

Had the best experience today, store was clean and plenty of frame selection. Employees were super professional and kind. Sthefany was super helpful with my son’s Meta glasses, she explained to me how to set them up for him and was super welcoming. She made me feel like family. We will be coming back soon! 😎

Went to location today. Longtime customer. Very smug interaction with a young lady when I requested assistance to adjust glasses ordered online and picked up same day. She acted like she didn’t understand what I was asking her to do and she was argumentative for no reason and refusing to adjust the glasses properly. I know it’s a tough job and economy but geez this is exactly why people hate stores and order online no one wants to deal with smug bad attitude employees after spending $500 bucks on overpriced glasses.
