Went and had glasses done had the works done on the lenses. They got the prescription wrong, and they did it. There went back to fix it. Got it wrong again. They'll only warranty the glasses a month. And they start it at the point you walk in there. And buy your first pair. So by the time everything's done with them doing the next pair. My warranty's up and I'm stuck with a bad pair of glasses.

Had a pleasant shopping experience with Jasmine at the Lenscrafters in Jackson, Tennessee. Would definitely recommend this location and will definitely shop here again when it is time for new glasses.

I am Very Unsatisfied with this place for the simple reason that their hours say they are open until 8pm today and I was here at 7:25pm and they are closed and completely locked up! This is the second day in a row I have drove an hour and 15 minutes to get here to pick up my four hundred and something dollar pair of glasses and they have closed early!!!! Yesterday it had been storming so I thought it was probably due to that but this evening the whether is fine!! You don’t advertise a business to be open certain hours and then just close up and go home when ever you feel like it and for that reason I will definitely not be back to this place after I get my glasses, that is if I ever catch them open to where I can get them!!!

Was not all that impressed first time going there. Doctor was nice but when it came time to talk to them out front about lenses and frames. The worker acted like she didn’t want to be bothered. Every lenses she was offering where $200-400 that’s with vision insurance.
