DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I’ve had the WORST experience ever with this store. My husband and I went in a month and a half ago to get me a new pair of glasses, and went through the process. I let them know I’d need them shipped to me since I don’t live here, and the man said he’d make a note of it in the system to remind the team once they were ready. We paid $600.99 for the glasses and additions like transition lenses. 2 weeks later still no glasses, so I called them and they said they weren’t aware they needed to be sent… WHAT? They sent them finally, and after a week I finally got them… shipped in a laughably large box flopping around with zero padding or protection except for the case. Opened up the case to find that the pair was 1) missing a screw on the left side 2) there was a mark on the l

I had a great experience. Malinda M was very helpful in assisting with the frame and lens selections. She’s attentive and detailed! Izzy was also just as friendly and knowledgeable. The entire staff went the extra mile to help expedite the process in helping me obtain a new pair of prescription eyeglasses. They are a Dream Team for eye care. I highly recommend them!

Always a wonderful experience. Dr. Tam is a top-notch practitioner; she really cares about your quality of vision and gets you seeing your BEST. The only sad part is seeing her once-a-year for check-ups. Always a fantastic visit. See you next year...

I came in to Lens Crafters at Bella Terra in Huntington Beach, CA to repair my son’s glasses frame. It seemed as though the frame just needed a screw. I was greeted with a smile and friendly “welcome” by Ann, who promptly asked how she could help me. I showed her the glasses and described how the frame was missing a screw. Ann examined the frames and quickly determined it only required a screw. I handed her the other lens and she said she’d be back momentarily. Within 7-10minutes Ann returned with the glasses frame repaired while cleaning them from smudges. I said, “Wow, that was fast.” I asked how much I owed. Ann responded, “You don’t owe anything. I had a great experience here. Jasmine was very helpful and was very patient. I don’t know the other staff members how ever they all worked together and made my experience very unique. The doctor goes out of his way as well and was very patient with me to make sure I was comfortable with the lenses I chose to get. Thank you guys.
