My eye exam with Dr. Lillyt Ouzounian was wonderful—she was incredibly kind, sweet, and funny, which instantly made me feel comfortable. She explained everything about my eyes clearly and straightforwardly, taking the time to make sure I understood without ever feeling rushed or overwhelmed, and it was obvious she truly cares about her patients. Afterward, Antonio helped me pick out my glasses, and he was just as amazing—so sweet, patient, and genuinely helpful. Glendale galleria location: this is my third year I purchase from the same location, and it’s gotten worse. Poor customer service, I picked my reading glasses yesterday when I tried it on it was loose, the person said it cannot be adjusted, when I got home I put it on and my wife told me its crooked, I opened and layed it on the table, I can see the crookedness. I will return it back for refund since the person told me they cannot be adjusted. 2nd incident I also purchased Tom Ford reading glasses, the person presented it to me without a case, when I asked for the case she told me they don’t have any, when I insisted she brought me a Versace case, again I refused, finally another person came over and brought the correct case, sorry to say she was unprofessional and seemed unhappy with he

I have been coming here for over 4-5 years now and will always be due to the friendly staff great prices and selection. Shout out to Eustella for always going above and beyond to make the experience fun and positive. I will always recommend friends and family to this location.

I broke my glasses and needed a new one and an emergency. They were able to find one that fit my existing lenses and in my price range. They are very hopeful and I really appreciated it. I would highly recommend them.
