I paid over $1000.00 for 2 pair of glasses and I paid for protection for replacement if damaged. When I walked into this location and checked with the people working here about my coverage I was told that all I needed was a little bit of peace of the glasses so that they have something for whatever they do with it. Because my glasses were damaged beyond all sorts of recognition. I took her for her work and brought in a piece of it and my replacement glass is sitting right there on the counter. They told me that it was unidentifiable piece and that they weren't going to give me my glasses. What did I pay for protection if they're not going to follow through and replace my glasses? While the service was polite and the store environment was pleasant, I ultimately chose to walk out and take my business elsewhere due to a stark lack of value in their pricing structure. ​To be clear, my decision was not a matter of budget or affordability; rather, it was a matter of principle and economic value. This place is horrible. The staff does not care about how long you’re sitting there waiting. I dropped my girlfriend off to get a pair of contacts and they’ve had her sitting here for three hours waiting to get her eyes dilated. I’ve seen numerous people walk in and out before she has even been serviced. She had an appointment for 230. It is now 5 o’clock and she’s still sitting there. I would avoid this place at all cost. The staff is horrible and they don’t care about you. I would give it zero out of five stars if I could they need to close this location.

Stella did a fantastic job in getting me setup with 2 pair of glasses. Everyone was very friendly and treated me well. I'll always come back to this shop. 5 stars

Rachel was great in assisting me with my glasses and contacts purchase! She was really knowledgeable about some of the upgrades I wanted to do. The glasses arrived to the store really quick. I am satisfied.
