Dr. Bei Zhang was very professional and informative. Alvin was helpful when providing and fitting my glasses. There's a wide range of trendy, stylish glasses. However, customer service is not the best. I feel like the staff at the front should be a little more friendly, professional and willing to help. Alvin was the only one at the Fremont location that I felt offered good customer service. My glasses were nice, but my overall experience at this location was not the best.

Horrible customer service and extremely rude staff, which sadly aligns with many of the one-star reviews here. I received my new eyeglasses from this store and immediately noticed a blurriness issue. When I raised my concern, the staff member showed no interest in actually addressing the problem. Instead, she tried to persuade me to accept the glasses and ignore the issue altogether. She was impatient, dismissive, and eventually walked away mid-conversation. This was a deeply frustrating and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this place.

Assured me that my glasses would be shipped to me before I left to study internationally, and when I called on the day they were meant to be delivered (two days before my flight), the customer service rep informed me that the order had been cancelled by their manufacturer and there was nothing they could do about it. Not only was she completely unsympathetic and unhelpful, but started yelling at me midway through the call. This is completely unacceptable- absolutely atrocious customer experience.

I had the best eyeglass purchase experience ever with Grace and Lenscrafters Fremont Hub. She was so knowledgable regarding the audio glasses. Lenscrafters, you hired such a gem who is professional and kind. Thank you Grace & Lenscrafters!

We went here to order prescription glasses and sunglasses and our visit was great. Alvin helped us figure out our insurance allowances and also helped in picking the frame best suited for the prescription. Highly highly recommend this place!
