Exceptional experience at LensCrafters – Galleria Mall, Ft. Lauderdale! From start to finish, this visit was outstanding. Cynthia, the licensed optician, was incredibly knowledgeable about eyewear, contacts, and the various brands available. She was so organized, thorough, and patient that I honestly thought she was the manager (she isn’t—but she absolutely should be!). She took the time to answer every question with reassurance and care, clearly explaining all my eyewear options, insurance coverage, and what was available to me. I’m grateful to Dr. Radzwill, whom I was lucky enough to see to have my vision checked and get a new prescription. This was probably my best eye exam experience ever, as I usually feel very anxious and nervous about these appointments. The doctor was very positive, yet at the same time had a calm, reassuring energy.
