Kristen was the associate who assisted me and honestly if not for her welcoming spirit i wouldn't have made a purchase. she was kind, informative and super patient, she was helpful her personality lit the store.. Upon entering Lens Crafters I was greeted by someone behind the front desk who happily directed me towards Marcia. Marcia took care of all my needs for safety glasses. She was positive, friendly and very happy to help. Her coworker Courtney stepped by for a question or two and treated me with the same friendly attitude. Overall it was a pleasant experience once again.( 2nd time at this location)

I visited Lenscrafters for the first time ever today. When my glasses came apart a coworker suggested Lenscrafters. I searched online and called the Westfarms location. Employee who answered was pleasant and reassuring and he told me to come in after work. I was met by Mireya at the desk and she brought my glasses to the back to be fixed. She was professional and friendly. As I waited I perused the frames and then the person who presumably fixed my glasses came out to gove them to me. This was where the experiences goes from Good and great to Above and Beyond. His name starts with the letter "M"...I cannot recall the spelling. However, I recall the warmth of his demeanor.
