A great place to shop for your next pair of glasses. The store is never too busy, and the staff are consistently friendly and welcoming. I was especially impressed by a female team member who went out of her way to guide me through my options, helping me make the best decisions regarding my eye exam and how to get the most value for money. I appreciated being allowed to choose my frames on my own without pressure from sales staff—something I consider a positive, though others may prefer more assistance. The optician who handled my measurements was also very competent and took the time to explain the shortcomings of my current glasses and how the new pair would address those issues. Overall, a very good experience.
