I had a great experience at my local LensCrafters. Dustin was incredibly kind and patient - he adjusted my glasses to fit perfectly and made everything super easy. It was such a friendly visit, and I’ll definitely be back. I’d highly recommend them if you’re looking for great service and care!

Update: I updated this to 3 stars from 1 star due to Dustin Weeks reaching out to me to see how he could help. I wound up just ordering my glasses online due to the poor in-store experience. But I appreciate the prompt help and outreach from him and Lenscrafters. He said he would talk to the staff about greeting customers so that was appreciated. Walked in to check out some Oakley glasses and no one greeted or said anything to us. Another party walked in after us and were greeted and assisted right away. So we left and will just order online. Disappointing experience for our first time trying to shop with LensCrafters.

Had an incredible experience for both eye exam and purchase of glasses. They were beyond helpful and kind. I’ve been to other Lens Crafters locations and this location tops them all in customer service. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Had an incredible buying and fitting experience here. The Assistant Manager, Dustin Wells was very helpful and efficient. I will be coming back for the next pair!

My experience working with this LensCrafters was not good. Dustin would not transpose my glasses prescription for me, I believe because he did not know how too. Being an optician this a skill you should have before completing training. He was also rude and very dismissive. You shouldn’t have an entitled attitude when working with customers and patients.
