Highly recommend this location! Dr. Z was incredibly informative and answered all of my questions! The ladies up front in the showroom were so kind and joyful! Mo at reception was lovely and answered all of my first-timer questions during my imaging, and Dana was so kind and helpful during the process of selecting my frames, going over my insurance coverage, and checkout! A great team at this location! Thanks, all!

Dr Z and staff are wonderful. How nice to find a place with smiling faces, patience, kindness, and humor! From Blake who squeezed me in for an eye exam last minute, to Dr Z who explained everything ensuring nothing felt rushed, to Linda and the girls who helped me select my glasses. Just superb. Great jobs, guys. Much obliged!!

This team is absolutely amazing! Doctor Z was great and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment! His son also makes really cool drawings for his office which is fun! The front desk lady was also super sweet in helping me find the perfect frame for me! (Unfortunately I cannot remember her name)! Jose was also great in helping me as well! Over all an amazing team!

When I explained that I have a particular problem to be treated, the staff promptly gave me an appointment, which I appreciate. However, they failed to inform me of the cost I should be expecting. This happened at a prior lenscraft store as well but they corrected it. When I asked why they missed informing me about the costs, they said it depends on each medical problem. When they understood what problem I had with my eye in the first place, which they also acknowledged on the phone, why fail to inform the patient about a different cost upon arrival. Moreover the guy at the front desk was rude and when I asked for the email to write a grievance to, he gave me a wrong email address. What's interesting was, it was female staff that greeted me when I walked in, however, when I was questioned,

Great customer service. From Doctor Z who did the eye exam, the gentleman who assisted the doctor and lastly the persons who helped me select my glasses. They offered the best package for me. I definitely would recommend this lens crafters to anyone.
