We visited on Saturday morning regarding our son’s broken eyeglass frame and brought an extra pair with us, hoping it could be repaired. Ms. Hilary assisted us right away and fixed the issue promptly. We truly appreciate her quick service and professionalism. We were also very grateful that there was no charge for the repair. Thank you for your generosity and excellent customer service.

I came in asking for help polishing the edges of my new glasses — ones I originally bought from a different LensCrafters location. After two months of back and forth with that other store, they still couldn’t get it right. The edges of the lenses were still cloudy and scratchy. Even though this store was packed on a busy Saturday, a kind lady helped me right away (thank you — you know who you are!). I explained my situation, and Terry the optician took care of it on the spot. He hand-polished them perfectly — crystal clear, exactly how I wanted them. What really impressed me was how friendly and helpful everyone was, even though I wasn’t their original customer. Came in to have my lenses replaced on RayBan sunglasses from SunHut. The frame was damaged from use and they fixed that for me. They did it quickly, and the store & staff are very nice. I will be back.

Upon arriving at Lenscrafters in Cumming, GA, I was greeted and assisted by Amanda who gathered my information and conducted the pre-testing. I was then examined by Dr. Ligy Alexander and, following the examination, selected my frames and lenses and ordered my glasses with Jhadin. Amanda and Dr. Alexander were exceptional in thoroughly conducting the testing and examination then explaining the results. Jhadin was outstanding in the customer service she provided, giving invaluable suggestions and advice without any sales pressure. I could not be more pleased with my experience.

We had our annual eye checkup with Dr. Ligy Alexander at the LensCrafters in Cumming, and we had a very good experience. Dr. Alexander was excellent. She did a very careful and detailed eye exam for me and my wife. She explained everything clearly, and she helped me understand the different contact lens options I could try. She also gave very good advice for my wife and suggested that she see a neuro optometrist for her specific concerns. We really appreciated that, because it showed she cares and wants us to get the right help. Niti at the front desk was also great. She explained the Meta glasses, answered all our warranty questions, and helped us choose the right options. She was very friendly and patient.
