Had a quick and easy experience. Went for an eye exam and Ricky helped me pick out both contacts and glasses that best suit me. The process was simple. Lens Crafters staff were extremely professional and kind. Would definitely recommend 10/10.

That high level of service continued throughout the entire process—when I returned to pick up my glasses, I was helped by three different staff members, and every single one of them was welcoming and professional. Dr. Cindy Cesar was absolutely amazing. She took the time to truly listen to my eye concerns and provided helpful, expert advice. I paid more than $2000 for my prescription designer glasses and I purchased the insurance. After only 10 months, my lenses were scratched, and I went to the Crystal Lake store. The manager personally took my glasses and she said that I will get notification when the glasses are ready. Week after I got the notification, I went to the store and they handed me my old glasses completely untouched even left them dirty with the same scratches. Very unethical business. I sent an email to the corporate customer service and they never replied. I called the manager of the store, asking why they gave me back my old glasses, despite the fact that I paid the co pay. Miranda was amazing! She was very friendly and extremely helpful! I walked in and was quickly greeted. I explained my glasses needed to be fixed but I didnt get them for Lens Crafters, that didn't matter and not even 5 minutes later she had them fixed!
