Picked up our glasses from LensCrafters after ordering online, and the in-store experience was excellent. The staff was extremely helpful, accommodating, and very professional throughout the process. A big thank you to Rachel for taking the time to make sure everything fit correctly and that we were completely taken care of. Really appreciate the attention to detail and great customer service. Honestly, if I had to do it over again, I would probably go into the store from the start instead of ordering online.

Dr. Lymer is a terrific optimologist. His precise measurements have always resulted in perfect corrective prescriptions for me. Patient and detailed in his comminications. Builds trust and confidence.

Mark, my husband's optician, provided exemplary customer service by carefully listening to his needs and desires and pointing him towards several options for filling them. Once he made his selection known, Mark took a step further and found him a coupon that saved him 20% on his purchase. Then, Mark took a second step further by suggesting and then installing new and more comfortable nose pads on my husband's current glasses. We'll definitely be back at Lenscrafters when we have a need for new eyewear.

I went here for an eye exam and to get some new glasses. The exam was thorough and very professional. I was very pleased with that. Then Mark helped with my selection. He is patient and extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of the many choices of lens types, extras, etc. It did take me a while to make a frame selection, so, I repeat - he is very patient. I recommend Lens Crafters and Mark for your next eyewear need.
