I had a great experience at LensCrafters. I came in thinking I had the wrong replacement lens for my Ray-Ban Wayfarers, and the team was incredibly helpful and patient. They took the time to check everything, carefully fit the lens, and made sure the frame was adjusted perfectly so it sat straight and comfortably. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about getting things right rather than rushing me out the door. Really appreciate the honest advice and the extra effort. Highly recommend this location if you need help with repairs, adjustments, or new glasses.

Had a wonderful experience with Barbara and staff (i didnt get the woman's name!). Walked in, needing 2 slight adjustments on a pair of readers and my fave pair of RayBan shades. They both helped and fixed both pair! And at no charge. Thank you so much again! Excellent, friendly customer service.

Such a great experience today at LensCrafters – Promenade at Coconut Creek! The team was welcoming, very knowledgeable, I found excellent frame options without any pressure. Customer service was absolutely marvelous. I’ll definitely be back!

The customer service is top notch. Barbara has been helping me for 10+ years and doesn’t skip a beat. She always wants to make sure you are very content with your purchase and that the glasses fit well. She has also helped me repair glasses I thought were un fixable. This location is run impeccably! And, I have never in my life had such excellence in an optician as Barbara Sherman! This woman has tremendous taste and talent for choosing frames that are both fashionable AND flattering! As long as she is here, I would not want to go anywhere else! My compliments to the manager for choosing such excellent staff and for having a well run, efficient , and peaceful store with employees who actually care and excel in their positions!
