Ok.. so I had to be at the mall on Black Friday. While I had to suffer I figured I would get my husbands lenses replaced. Latisha got me in out in less than TEN minutes!!! We have always loved this store and will continue to be loyal clients.

Christy is so nice and so patient. She helped me get the right frames (again). This time for subscription Costas. The entire staff has always been friendly there and the store is clean and well layed out. It is such a smooth transaction - No hard selling just great advice when asked

Daniela was amazing. She's polite and quick. I've been to other stores in town and one of them accidentally broke 2 pair of frames cleaning them. Daniela used the proper tools, explained and educated me on the things she was doing as well as the types of nose guards I could select. When she finished cleaning my lenses my eyes physically relaxed as soon as I put them on. This is a diamond rated store as far as their selection and it shows. Great selection, friendly and professional staff, and as an added bonus, they're closer to where I work. The experience with Daniela convinced me to buy my next frames at this store. And the fact I was able to observe Yessica (a different staff member) work with a different customer and show care as well, convinced me this is the location for me now.

DONT go to the LensCrafters in town center mall. Go to another location if you want to save money. They up charged me for lenses that I didn’t ask for to make more money. When I brought it up they said I must of requested it meanwhile I just started wearing glasses after having the lasic the last 20 yrs and didn’t even know what they were taking about because I obviously didn’t request something I knew nothing about. My mom went the same week and she got glasses for so much cheaper because of the sale they were having and they wouldn’t offer it to me even though it was a day apart. When visiting other lens crafters they said well we are not surprised it’s town center mall. If they are going to use the name it should be the same policy at every store.
