Jerry is the best in the business. I got there at 5:59pm on Sunday and he helped me get some glasses that I wanted. I showed up today and he helped me find all the glasses that i wanted made sure I got the right sizes, lenses, and frames. I don’t buy if the customer service is not good , but Jerry is beyond good he’s great. Patient, helpful, and caring. He made sure I knew about the discounts and made sure he looked up and found my insurance so that I could use it. I don’t have to buy online anymore thanks to Jerry. Thanks Jerry

Every step was efficient. From the scheduling there was extreme attention to communication to improve efficiency in the appointment. I was contacted beforehand by text and phone to ensure I had all necessary information at the time of the appointment. I was treated by the staff well, with courtesy and respect. Amber handled the exam and Eddie helped me with the glasses.

I’d like to say I have not gotten my product yet because I just ordered them, but I did buy the Meta Oakley glasses prescription. Up to this point I want to tell you how impressed I was with the Patience and the kindness that I was treated by your staff. They were wonderful. I am not the easiest person to please, but they helped me time after time after time I must’ve went in that store six times and they always greeted me with a smile and just cared about pleasing the customer. I watched them with other customers and they were equally as kind to them. I recommend LensCrafters highly. Now on the other hand, your sister company down the road or down the mall was not so kind and not so friendly but LensCrafters at the Louisiana mall was absolutely fantastic.
