I had an incredible experience at LensCrafters thanks to Gasper. After spending $800 on Prada glasses, I was sent to LensCrafters for an adjustment. Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect — but I was blown away. Gasper fixed my glasses at no charge, and the entire process took less than five minutes. I was in and out of the store, yet I never felt rushed. What truly impressed me was how I was treated. Even though I hadn’t purchased my glasses there, Gasper treated me like a valued client, not just someone walking in for a quick fix. The level of professionalism, efficiency, and kindness was exceptional. It’s rare to see that kind of service today. If this is how they treat someone who didn’t even buy from them, I can only imagine how incredible the experience must be for their own custom

When I went to Macy’s LensCrafters twice and the seller was no help. He did not seem interested in making the sales. When I came over to LensCrafters in the mall. Briana P. the manger was so helpful, had great customer care services, patient and gave me her honest opinion. It made me want to purchase my glass right away. And that I did.

Recently I got Oakley Meta glasses from Lens Crafters. From the moment I walked in, Bianca greeted me with a smile and warm welcome. Bianca was able to ask the right discovery questions to tailor the purchase to my needs. I knew I wanted the clear version and Bianca recommended which transitions shade and add ons needed to have the best view possible. I’ve been using them for 6 weeks now and I’ve never seen better. Thank you Lens Crafters and Bianca for providing an Iconic experience I will never forget.

I am giving this location one star due to the ongoing issue I’ve experienced with my order. First, I want to acknowledge that Xiomara has been wonderful. She was the first person who assisted me, and she is the only employee who has proactively reached out regarding my issue. I truly appreciate her effort. I placed an order for my lenses on January 22nd. I was initially told it would take 7–10 business days. As of today, I still have not received them. Every week when I call to follow up, I am given a new date that is pushed back another seven days. No one contacts me with updates i am the one who has to consistently call and follow up.
