I would like to give a special shout out to Deqwinn. I was having a bit of a hard day, and he really lifted my spirits with his compassionate and positive attitude. He took the time to have a thoughtful conversation with me and was very helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure I didn’t leave feeling uneasy about anything and explained everything clearly. Deqwinn was very informative, patient, and professional. We visited this LensCrafters location to look for reading glasses for my mother. Although she didn’t find a frame in the exact color she was hoping for, the customer service was absolutely wonderful. Both the lady and the gentleman who assisted us were incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They went out of their way to help and even fixed my mother’s previous glasses without hesitation. Their attitude was so welcoming and genuine—it truly made a difference. Even though we didn’t end up purchasing new glasses today, we left feeling very happy and appreciated because of the excellent service. Thank you both for your care and kindness. The best experience EVER!!!!! Jamal and Q are amazing!!!!! They made me feel comfortable. They made me feel like I mattered and they allowed me to shop around with no pressure ! The customer service was perfect. I had called before going, and even while speaking with Jamal over the phone he was so pleasant. I arrived and Q was do patient with me. I purchased a pair of glasses and before I left the both used my name when telling me goodbye and to have a good evening. By using my name they acknowledged me as a person and not just a customer. They treated me like family. I will recommend them to all of my friends!!!!
