The Lens Crafters at the Arlington location (Wilson rd), is the best service we (my spouse included) have experienced since we have been their customers for years. We usually go to the Potomac Mills location as it is convenient being close to our home, but I needed a fast appointment for my eye exam and purchase of new eyeglasses and lenses. Even thou we had to travel with more traffic, the service received was so good that we forgot the distance and traffic encountered. James and Boris were, from the moment we enter the store, attentive, courteous and helpful. They even told me how they could have my purchase delivered to Potomac as more convenient to pick up my eyeglasses. Every question and help needed surpassed my expectations. Went in the other day to get my glasses tightened they were so professional. The manager is so nice so warm and welcoming. I would definitely go back there again. The gentleman that helped me I believe his name was. Rachad was very knowledgeable of the product when I was looking for another pair of glasses. Also, he was patient as I tried on different pairs and gave his advice on what I should wear to fit my style of face. Keep up the good work would definitely be gone back here again.

Very disappointing experience. When I asked about the procedure for returning a pair of glasses, the employee rolled his eyes and appeared visibly annoyed. Customers should feel comfortable asking simple questions. If assisting customers is frustrating, this may not be the right position for that individual.

I had the pleasure of working with Nhat today while looking for a new pair of glasses. Nhat was courteous, knowledgeable, and great at selecting glasses that suited me. He went above and beyond to ensure I got the best pricing and just had a warm vibe to him. I really appreciate that he stepped in to provide any additional details I needed without being too assertive while I was browsing the different selections. Nhat is truly an amazing employee and LensCrafters is lucky to have him there!

A screw holding my glasses together became stripped and fell apart. I tried two separate glasses shops / eye doctors, but neither of them had the necessary part to fix it. They recommended LensCrafters. When I arrived at the Ballston store, I was greeted immediately by Nhat, who helped me straight away. I especially enjoyed that they do the work right in front of you (it’s cool to watch). Nhat was an expert, and even though the piece was indeed hard to find, he found it and fixed my glasses right up. I was very impressed and had a wonderful experience!
