Highly recommend! They have several examination rooms, a wide selection of eyewear from different brands, and the staff is very professional and thorough. Although the outside/front of the store could use a little touch-up, the service inside more than makes up for it. My 5-year-old had her eyes examined here after her school initially misdiagnosed her eyesight. The team at LensCract checked her eyes multiple times and took their time to be absolutely sure. In the end, they confirmed she has perfect 20/20 vision. The only prescription given was protective glasses to help shield her eyes when using a tablet, cellphone, or watching TV. Very reassuring experience as a parent. Honest, careful, and professional care—I’m glad we came here. 👓✨

All staff were wonderful for us at this location. Especially appreciate Helen and Richard for helping to expedite the process and get us a new pair of glasses super fast. My son broke his prescription glasses while we were at a theme park and this location saved the day. So thankful for their kind and professional service!

So happy Emily and Erika were working this SUNDAY! The doctor they set me up with for my son's exam and the full answers I got for all my little questions were very helpful. Especially the answers to all the questions I didn't know I should be asking. Five Stars

My experience at LensCrafters in Buena Park was amazing.. the Sales representatives Sky did an excellent job in helping me decide on my eye glasses that were best suited for me and in providing me important information about my insurance coverage. I highly recommend patients to come to this LensCrafters and ask for Sky. 😀

Visiting from out of town and my glasses needed repairs right away as I had no backup pair with me. The staff were welcoming and very accommodating. I only waited about 5 minutes and they had fixed my glasses with a smile. I offered to pay and they declined. A1 service. Highly recommend!!
